The base area for The Drone B, LLC  includes West Tennessee, Northern  Mississippi, and Northeast Arkansas, but services can be provided in any area under United States FAA jurisdiction.   

Yes.  The rule for operating unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) or drones under 55 pounds in the National Airspace System (NAS) is 14 CFR Part 107, referred to as the Small UAS Rule.

While it may seem harmless, it is a violation of US law to operate a drone for commercial purposes in US airspace without certification under 14 CFR Part 107. Additionally, local regulations may also apply.

The Federal Aviation Administration considers any sUAS (drone) flight that promotes a business in any way to be a commercial drone flight (also known as non-recreational).

Under FAA drone rules, all commercial drone flights must be conducted by a pilot with Part 107 certification.

Yes.  To clearly define the scope of the work and to define limitations, The Drone B. LLC and the client will mutually agree on the work to be performed.  While there are some limitations, the pilot in command is responsible for the safe operation as prescribed by the regulations of the Federal Aviation Authority or any local laws or regulations. (Please see the following for the minimum requirements, 14 CFR Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems)

The photographs and videos can be delivered in a variety of media. These includes: 

• Cloud download
• CD/DVD
• Thumb drive (minimal fee for cost of drive)
